When I am late, even a few minutes, I go into a spiral. What will they think of me? They will think I am irresponsible. They will judge me. I will be viewed as "less than." The irony is, I am late ALL THE TIME. I hate the insecurities that come up AND I have yet to actively do things differently. This is on my list of topics to cover in therapy :) ty for bringing awareness
Yes, I also hate to be late. Its funny because in the blog I shared in this newsletter ("spaciousness") I talk about how a few years ago I started to leave 15 minutes earlier than I thought I needed to leave and it has changed. my. life... I highly recommend it. Thanks for sharing!!!
